We advertise weekly in the local press lettings section and display available properties on national websites.
All tenants are vetted by a credit reference agency and a security deposit is held by us as stakeholders against the final checkout. The tenancy agreement is comprehensive and ensures both tenant and landlord are aware of their obligations. Rent is usually collected monthly by standing order and credited electronically to the landlords account.
Managed properties are regularly inspected.
